Monsoon & Weather-Related Safety Closures
If river rafting or campsite operations are officially halted by the Uttarakhand Tourism Board or District Magistrate due to sudden heavy monsoon discharge from Tehri Dam, guests are entitled to a 100% full refund or a lifetime valid rescheduling voucher without any administrative deductions.
