• Tariffs & Seasonal Revisions: Package rates are dynamic and subject to seasonal adjustments during peak holiday periods (e.g. New Year, Christmas, Holi, long holiday weekends). Confirmed advance bookings are price-locked at the voucher rate.
• Photographs & Visual Media: Campsite gallery photographs represent actual properties; however, natural surrounding scenery, river water levels, and seasonal vegetation naturally vary throughout the year.

2. Inherent Adventure Activity Risks

White water rafting on the Ganges navigates Grade I to Grade IV rapids (such as Roller Coaster, Golf Course, and Three Blind Mice). CIR partners exclusively with certified, experienced river guides and jump masters equipped with international standard life jackets and rescue equipment. However, participants acknowledge that nature presents unpredictable variables including river currents, shifting sandbanks, and weather changes.

3. Weather, River Levels & Government Directives

Adventure sports operations in Rishikesh are strictly regulated by the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB) and the Ganga River Rafting Management Authority:

• Monsoon & Water Surges: River rafting is legally closed across Uttarakhand during the high monsoon season (typically July 1 to mid-September) for guest safety.
• Force Majeure: In the event of unexpected cloudbursts, sudden water volume surges, landslides, or highway blockages, activity departures may be delayed, rescheduled, or substituted. CIR is not liable for indirect costs incurred due to natural force majeure events.

4. Physical Fitness & Medical Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of each guest to evaluate their own physical health and fitness prior to undertaking adventure activities:

• Guests suffering from cardiovascular conditions, severe respiratory illnesses, spinal ailments, epilepsy, recent fractures, or pregnant women must refrain from participating in high-thrill river rafting stretches and bungee jumping.
• CIR instructors reserve the absolute authority to decline participation to any individual deemed medically unfit or under the influence of alcohol/drugs in the interest of group safety.

5. Personal Belongings & Electronic Devices

Guests are strongly advised not to carry expensive jewelry, passports, or non-waterproof electronic gadgets onto river rafts:

• Electronics on River: CIR and river instructors are not responsible for the water damage, sinking, or loss of smartphones, action cameras (GoPro), sunglasses, or wristwatches during river rafting and cliff jumping.
• Camp Valuables: While campsites have 24/7 security personnel, guests remain responsible for securing personal cash, wallets, and vehicle keys inside their tents.
